By accessing our website or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

M&N Advertising Co. provides digital advertising services including placement of advertisements on our network of digital screens located in Hamilton, Ontario and surrounding areas. Service availability and screen locations are subject to change.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
All fees are in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date
No refunds are issued for partial months

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. To cancel, contact us at info@mnadvertisingco.com at least 7 days before your renewal date.

5. Advertisement Content

You are responsible for ensuring that all advertisement content you submit complies with applicable laws and does not contain false, misleading, offensive, or illegal material. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that violates these standards.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your advertisement content. By submitting content, you grant M&N Advertising Co. a non-exclusive license to display your content on our screen network as part of your subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

M&N Advertising Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current billing period.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
